At Bricks N' Figs, we take pride in providing high-quality custom minifigures and building sets. Every order is carefully inspected and packed before shipping to ensure you get exactly what you ordered.

No Refunds After Shipment

Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded. Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at bricksnfig@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll review your case and offer a replacement if applicable.

Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit, please reach out to us. We’ll do our best to work with the shipping carrier to locate your order.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the collectible and custom nature of our products, all sales are final once shipped.
